Fragrant cookies for peanut lovers. Peanuts are 80% nuts and only 20% flour. The cookies turn out to be tender, moderately crispy, with an abundance of bright chocolate flavor, which gives a pleasant aroma.
Most of the time when making cookies is spent on cooking peanuts. Sort the peanuts, fry in a dry frying pan until browned for 5-7 minutes. Peel, grind in a blender, add vegetable oil, mix.
Add sugar and vanilla to the egg. Whisk with a whisk.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, egg mixture to the peanuts. Mix it. The dough will turn out to be coarse.
Turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 degrees. To form bars from the peanut butter dough: moisten your hands with water, squeeze out part of the dough with your left palm several times and trim the top of the bar with your thumb and index finger of your right hand. The output is 24 bars. Place the finished bars on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
