Everything is very simple and fast. Sesame seeds should be fried in a frying pan, stirring all the time, until golden brown.
Peanuts are also fried in a frying pan, cool and peel.
Grind peanuts and sesame seeds in a blender until flour.
Add honey to the nut flour and rub everything thoroughly. I do it with my own hands.
For convenience, I lay out halva on silicone molds for sweets. Tightly tamp and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. You can just make a sausage and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Then slice and serve. But in the form of sweets, it is both more convenient and more beautiful.
