  1. Everything is very simple, easy and fast. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix everything together. Wash the plums, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into small pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients and mix the yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients to make the mixture smooth.
  4. Add the plums and gently mix them into the dough in just a few turns.
  5. Fill the molds for muffins and sprinkle with almond petals (optional, on request). You can grease the molds with butter and flour, or use paper cups for baking muffins and cupcakes. I used parchment. Cut into squares and put in molds.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180*C (350*F). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until Golden brown.
  7. After cooling, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
