  1. Wash and boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes in water with the addition of citric acid. Bring to a boil all the ingredients of the marinade, except vegetable oil. Let it cool. The cooled mushrooms are sent to a container where they will be marinated. Fill with vegetable oil and marinade.
  2. We send the mushrooms to marinate for a day in the refrigerator. When serving, add the onion, garlic, herbs and a little vegetable oil. It will be very tasty to mix such mushrooms with carrots “in Korean”. DONE!
