  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Beat vegetable oil, sour cream and sugar with a mixer. 1 tbsp.l. the resulting mass should be postponed.
  3. In the remaining part, add eggs, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer.
  4. Add flour with baking powder.
  5. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  6. Pour the resulting egg mass into the mold. Place the peeled and sliced apples on top. Sprinkle with raisins. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Pour in 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture. Bake for another 7-10 minutes.
