Instructions
Add yeast, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour to the warmed milk. Let’s get closer.
Pour the yeast that has come up into a bowl. Add the melted butter and egg.
Mix well.
Gradually add flour, salt and knead the dough.
Cover with cling film and let it come up for 1.5 hours.
Prepare the filling. Add grated cheese, herbs and salt to the cottage cheese. Mix well.
Knead the dough lightly.
Divide the dough into 18 equal parts. Roll each piece into a roll.
Roll out each piece of dough into an oval. Distribute the filling.
Wrap, secure the edges.
We don’t make incisions to the end.
Free cut with their trimmings.
Tuck under the bottom and form a pie.
Let’s walk for 20 minutes.
Brush the egg with 1 tablespoon of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
