  1. Let’s prepare the products.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips and place in a cup.
  3. Add soy sauce, stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into feathers.
  5. Pour 2 tbsp into a preheated pan vegetable oil and spread the chopped onion.
  6. Fry until golden brown. Add a pinch of sugar, stir and remove from heat.
  7. Pour 1 tbsp into a preheated pan vegetable oil and lay out the chicken meat.
  8. Fry the meat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Then remove the pan from the heat.
  9. I will use processed cheese for making the pies. I need 4 slices.
  10. We divide the layer of puff pastry into 4 equal parts.
  11. Roll out each part of the dough with a rolling pin in the form of a square. In the upper part of the square we make diagonal cuts using a knife.
  12. Put fried onions on each layer of dough (about 1 tbsp.).
  13. Then we spread the chicken meat.
  14. Cover the chicken with melted cheese slices.
  15. Pinch the pies, covering the filling with a corner of the dough with incisions.
  16. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a baking mat.
  17. Lubricate the pies with yolk and place the baking sheet in a preheated oven.
  18. Bake the pies for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, focusing on our oven.
  19. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the pies. Bon Appetit!
