Instructions
  1. Prepare the dough: combine the dry ingredients, add vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. I used a bread maker. I put the ingredients in the bread maker’s bucket – first the dry ingredients, then the liquid ones. The dough was ready in 45 minutes. Additionally, the dough was melted in a warm bread maker for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: green onions cut into rings, sausage cubes. add salt to the peeled potatoes and cook until tender.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, add the butter and puree. Add the green onion and sausage to the puree and mix.
  4. From the dough to form 20 pieces for pies, each part of the dough is thinly rolled out, dusting the work surface with flour. Put the filling in the middle.
  5. Form a pie with a thin wall.
  6. Fry the pies in hot vegetable oil on each side until browned.
  7. Serve both hot and cold. Bon Appetit!!!
