Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table and smear it with half of the melted cheese.

Gently twist the pita bread into a roll, lightly smearing with mayonnaise when twisting to secure it. The free edge also needs to be lubricated with mayonnaise and secured with pita bread.
Wrap the roll with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for impregnation for 2-3 hours. After a while, the roll can be served to the table by cutting it with a sharp knife into pieces of 1.5-2 cm.
