Not pizza, of course, but a very interesting breakfast option. Sliced pita bread is well soaked and turns into a full-fledged, very juicy, base. I saw this option in Luciena’s video blog, and I’m happy to share it.
The number of ingredients given for the frying pan is 20cm, we have enough for a hearty breakfast for two. I use half a pack of Armenian lavash, about 120 grams.
We cut the pita bread into strips 7-8cm wide, and chop the strips across into noodles.
Whisk the eggs with milk, a pinch of salt and your favorite seasonings. I like it combined with a mixture of peppers, dried garlic and dried tomato.
Cut into cubes a medium-sized tomato (about 100g) and boiled sausage. Grate the cheese on a medium grater
Heat the pan at a temperature slightly below average, lubricate with oil, spread the chopped pita bread and pour the egg mixture, mixing thoroughly. Next, spread a layer of tomatoes and a layer of sausage, spread the cheese on top.
We make the temperature minimal, cover with a lid and fry for 7-8 minutes, until the cheese melts. While everything is cooking, cut the dill, and sprinkle it on the finished dish.
