  1. Peel the potatoes, chop them and boil them in salted water. Drain the water. Add the butter and mash into a puree.
  2. Cut off pieces of pork. Grease with vegetable oil, half a teaspoon is enough, rub with salt and pepper. Let it marinate while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cut cucumbers into strips.
  4. Cut the onion into medium pieces, not small. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. Add the cucumbers to the onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Put the tomato paste, stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Heat the pan well and fry the meat quickly. Not much, just until the crust appears, so that all the juices are sealed inside.
  8. Transfer the meat to the mold. spread cucumber filling on it.
  9. Cover with a potato shell. It is well leveled so that the filling does not leak out during baking.
  10. Brush the potatoes with mayonnaise.
  11. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  12. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
