Pork “Delicate” Recipe

Peel the potatoes, cut them and boil them in salted water. We drain the water. Add the butter and mash in the puree.
We chop off the pieces of pork. Grease with vegetable oil will be enough for half a teaspoon, RUB with salt and pepper. Let it marinate while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Onions are cut into medium pieces, not small. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden.
Add the cucumbers to the onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the tomato paste, mix and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Heat the pan well and quickly fry the meat. Not much, just until the crust appears, so that all the juices are sealed inside.
Transfer the meat to the mold. spread the cucumber filling on it.
Cover with a potato coat. It is well leveled so that the filling does not flow out when baking.
Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
