  1. Lean pork, slightly frozen, cut into thin strips, about 0.5-0.7 cm. Add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Fry the meat over high heat until lightly Golden brown. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2. A large tomato or two medium-sized ones, cut into slices.
  3. Grate Dutch cheese (150 gr.).
  4. Wash walnuts (3 handfuls) well. Cut into small pieces or punch lightly with a blender into a small crumb.
  5. Mix with a bowl of walnut crumbs and cheese.
  6. At the bottom of the baking dish, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the fried pork.
  7. Next, put the plastic tomatoes on the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Put a mixture of cheese and nuts on a layer of tomatoes. Send the form to the oven preheated to 190C and lightly bake to melt and brown the cheese and nuts.
