  1. Boil potatoes in a “uniform”. Clean. Grate on a fine grater.
  2. Add salt and egg. Mix it. Sift 1 tablespoon of flour with a slide. Mix it.
  3. Cut the cheese into small cubes, about 5 mm.
  4. Cut the cheese into small cubes, about 5 mm. Shape the meatballs with wet hands. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of potato dough on the palm of your hand, form tortillas, put 1 slice of cheese on top and roll a ball. Roll the ball in breadcrumbs.
  5. From this amount of ingredients, I got 17 balls. Dip the balls into the preheated vegetable oil for 3-4 pieces (I have a small saucepan to save oil) and fry until golden brown on all sides for about 40-50 seconds. We put the finished balls on paper towels to remove excess oil.
