  1. Minced meat (I have pork) mix with finely chopped onion and dressing.
  2. Peel the potatoes.
  3. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater; Squeeze out the water, add sour cream, garlic, paprika, salt – mix.
  4. I used a burger mold, but you can also sculpt with your hands soaked in water or oil; Fill the mold with potatoes, prick with a fork so that they do not fall into the water with molds, half, make an incision; Put the minced meat in the recess.
  5. Close the potatoes, press the mold, squeezing out excess moisture.
  6. Fry in a preheated non-stick frying pan.
  7. Fry on both sides, after getting a good crust, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook under a lid.
  8. Very tasty served warm with sour cream!
