  1. Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, mash with a fork and add to the potatoes. Add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, half of the hard cheese and herbs. Mix well.
  2. Spread the mold with a piece of butter. Spread with potato mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
