Instructions
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil until tender.
Immediately mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes. Mash the feta with your hands and add it to the mashed potatoes.
Mash again into a homogeneous puree. If necessary, add salt (take into account the salinity of the cheese).
Add finely chopped parsley and green onions. Season with black pepper to taste and add paprika. Mix thoroughly.
Add green peas (I have frozen, not previously defrosted).
Add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Moistening your hands, form round cutlets. Roll in breadcrumbs (I got 14 pcs.).
Place on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Ready-made potato patties are taken out of the oven and served with sour cream or other favorite sauce.
