Potato Kutaby with Cheese in the Multi-Baker Recipe
I offer cooks a recipe for kutaba stuffed with potatoes, cheese and herbs, cooked in a slow cooker. Cooking them is quite simple, but it turns out very tasty.

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and beat the egg.
  2. Add vegetable oil and milk.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. For the filling, mash the cottage cheese with kefir, add boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each piece into a thin circle. Grease the filling with about 1-1. 5 tbsp.
  6. Fold it in half, just roll it out slightly with a rolling pin to get rid of excess air. Secure the edges with a fork.
  7. Insert the grill panels into the slow cooker. Turn on the slow cooker, wait until the green indicator lights up, and you can start cooking.
  8. Close the slow cooker, snap it.
  9. Cook for about 7-8 minutes. After cooking, each kutab is greased with butter in hot form, spread on a plate and covered with a lid or towel.
  10. Kutabs are served to the table.
