Ingredients

Instructions
Boil potatoes in a uniform until ready. Cool. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the brisket and lightly fry. Add to the potatoes.
Finely chop the bell pepper and green onion. Add to the potatoes.
Add eggs, flour, nutmeg. Add salt to taste. Mix it.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Spread the potato mass with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes on one side.
Flip the pancakes to the other side. Sprinkle the pancakes with grated cheese on top. Fry until tender, no longer turning over.
Put the finished pancakes on a plate covered with a paper napkin.
Serve as a side dish to meat and fish dishes or just as an independent dish.
