We spread half of the dough into a mold, level it. Next, make a layer of curd cheese with ham and herbs. Then – the second half of the dough, grease the top with a brush with oil. We put in the oven, set t-180 C for 40 minutes. While the pie is in the oven, we make cracklings with onions. Lard needs to be cut into small cubes, placed in a pan or saucepan and melted. Fry the onions in melted bacon and make golden cracklings.
