Delicious, nutritious potato salad with lentils and pineapple. Pineapple is rich in tryptophan, an amino acid that is a precursor to serotonin, the hormone of joy. It won’t hurt us to be in a good mood, right.

  1. Boil the lentils and potatoes in the peel in the usual way for you. I cooked them in a steamer. Potatoes were cooked for 25 minutes, then lentils were added and cooked for another 4 minutes.
  2. Cool the potatoes, peel and cut into slices.
  3. Slice the pineapple.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Parsley too. For the sauce, mix yogurt with melted butter. add oil, herbs, salt, pepper and curry to taste. Pour lemon, orange or pineapple juice.
  6. Mix well and season the salad.
