  1. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables until soft and let cool. Meanwhile, peel the boiled potatoes and cut into medium cubes, pickled cucumber into small cubes.
  2. Add spices, a drop of olive oil and finely chopped parsley. Add the chilled onions and carrots to the salad. Stir the salad.
