Potato Salad Recipe
This recipe is just a lifesaver, both at home and in the summer at the cottage, my mother-in-law often cooks it. Save on groceries without wasting time on cooking. It can become a full-fledged dish, perfectly combined with grilled meat.

  1. Boil the new potatoes in the “uniform”.
  2. Warm potatoes are peeled and cut into half rings. Add finely chopped garlic.
  3. Preparing the refueling. Take soy sauce, add olive oil and mustard with grains and mix.
  4. Fill the warm potatoes with garlic with the dressing, mix, leave to soak.
  5. Cut the onion into arrows; celery, fresh and pickled cucumber – thin strips, green onions – rings.
  6. Add the vegetables to the potatoes. Sprinkle with a mixture of freshly ground peppers, I do not salt such salads. Mix it.
  7. Serve the salad immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs (I have dill and parsley).
