  1. Here are my sea “crabs”, that is, I could not find crayfish in my province, then I replaced them with marine crustaceans. Others are not tiger shrimps, but one-day shrimps.
  2. Boil the potatoes and puree them. I made it this way – schiacciapatate in Italian.
  3. In a preheated frying pan in a small amount of olive oil, fry finely chopped leeks, tiger shrimps and crayfish necks until golden brown.
  4. Add cocktail shrimps crushed in a blender to the mashed potatoes, then fried onions, crayfish necks and tiger shrimps. Stir, add spices and warm cream.
  5. In pots or molds (I have molds for 420 ml), put 1/2 of the potato-shrimp mass. On top – slices of cheese “Dor blue”…
  6. … then – the rest of the potato-shrimp mass and on top – more cheese “Dor blue” and grated Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 ° for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
