Add 2 tbsp. To the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut the sea bass fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste, breaded in flour. Fry the sea bass fillet over high heat until light golden brown for 3-5 minutes. Then place the sea bass fillet in a baking dish.
Shallots (2 pcs.) Cut into half rings. Add 2 tbsp. To the pan. tablespoons of ghee. Saute the onion until golden brown.
Place the sautéed shallots on the fish. Set the form aside.
Add 200 ml to the saucepan. cream, then add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cream cheese. Put the saucepan on a low heat and while stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and melt the cheese.
Add the prepared cream sauce to a baking dish. The sauce should cover the fish completely.
Fry the loaf slices (4 pcs.) In a toaster, then cut into croutons. Put the croutons in a bag, add garlic passed through a garlic press (2 teeth). Shake the bag to distribute the garlic gruel to the croutons.
Then put the croutons on the fish. Grate Dutch cheese (50 gr.). Sprinkle cheese chips on top of the toast.
Send the form to the oven preheated to 180-190C. Bake the dish for 10-15 minutes.
