I’ve never cooked in a microwave before. I used it only for heating. Now my attitude to cooking in the “microwave” has changed radically. I bring to your attention “orange pudding”. It turns out a very tasty quick dessert with an orange note.
150gramButter100 gr. – for dought, 50 gr. – for the sauce.
Instructions
Butter, flour, sugar, eggs, zest of two oranges, vanilla sugar – whisk for a biscuit in a food processor (blender) until smooth.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce (honey, butter, orange juice), with the exception of orange slices, in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
Stir until smooth.
Portion refractory molds (I had 3 pcs.), or, if someone does not have molds, you can take glasses, tea cups, grease with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with flour.
Put 1 tablespoon of orange sauce in the molds.
Then put the dough on top. Cover the molds with a film and pierce the film with a knife.
Cook the mini biscuits in the microwave for 4 minutes. 20 seconds at 650 watts. Walk with a knife between the walls and the pudding, turn it over and take out the mold.
Add orange slices to the sauce and pour a small amount of pudding. The rest of the sauce is served separately.
P. S: You can make this pudding your portion, and in one form more.
