  1. We have puff pastry sold in packs of 500 g here in such plates (size 10 cm by 20 cm) for 6 pcs.
  2. Take out a couple of plates, defrost for a few minutes. Roll out thinly, keeping the shape of a rectangle.
  3. I will use mixed minced meat.
  4. Chop the onion. You can use green.
  5. Add the onion and chopped herbs to the minced meat.
  6. Mix with seasonings and corn.
  7. But before filling, I decided to take the cheese in plates, here it will be useful.
  8. Cut the cheese into strips and place on the dough.
  9. Spread the minced meat on the cheese with a fork.
  10. We start to roll up into rolls.
  11. The edges are not filled with filling, lubricate with beaten egg.
  12. Cut into portions.
  13. Turn over and transfer to a baking sheet.
  14. Top, too, lubricate the egg.
  15. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180* oven.
  16. The most delicious buns are hot.
