Instructions
  1. Ingredients for making puffs. I want to note that the recipe used homemade stew (lean pork).
  2. Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan. Fry the vegetables over medium heat until golden brown and excess moisture evaporates.
  3. Whisk the stew in a blender until a homogeneous, fine-grained structure is obtained. I want to draw your attention, salt and pepper should not be added, the stew is ready for use.
  4. In a bowl, mix the browned vegetables and the stew punched in a blender. Add finely chopped fresh parsley. Stir the resulting mixture. If necessary, if the mass is too thick, you can add broth from a jar with stewed meat.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry. Cut into squares. In total, you should get 12 pieces of puffs from two squares.
  6. Moisten the center of the square slightly with water to better glue the corners of the square.
  7. Put the cooked minced meat in the center (1 tablespoon with a small slide). Spread the puff pastry on the edge with beaten egg.
  8. Next, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven for baking. Temperature range t 180-190C.
  9. Bon appetit!
