Quick Puffs-Pies with Jam Recipe
Cozy warm autumn morning with a Cup of coffee brewed in Turk with cinnamon and very quick pastries-puffs-pies with jam from figs. Sheer pleasure. Delicious soulful pastries in 30 minutes with a Cup of coffee or tea will warm you in these cold days of the last autumn month.

  1. The layer of dough should be removed from the refrigerator and thawed. On one layer of dough we will need 6 h l of jam or 3 tbsp. Mix the jam with flour. This is done to ensure that the jam in the baking process does not leak onto the baking sheet. Flour can be replaced with starch. I don't see much difference.

You can certainly coat the top with sunflower oil, but with the yolk tastier, proven. Coat the top of the puffs-pies with a brush, dipping it in the yolk. Put in the oven, preheated to t-180 C for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. I have them baked for 12 minutes. I have a small oven on 18 are unaware with elements from above and from below, bakes very quickly.
