To beautifully cover the baked pies with layers, we will need an egg yolk. You can, of course, lubricate the top with sunflower oil, but with the yolk tastier, tested. Brush the top of the puffs with a brush, dipping it into the yolk. Put in the oven, preheated to t-180 C, for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven. I bake them for 12 minutes. I have a small oven for 18 liters with elements on top and bottom, it is baked very quickly.
