Honey
Instructions
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Peel and slice the pumpkin into small pieces. Add to the onion.
Peel the apples, cut into slices and add to the pumpkin. Pour some water to the pumpkin and apples.
Add all the spices and simmer under the lid until tender. Leave the dried mint to serve.
Carefully transfer the cooked pumpkin with apples to a blender.
Add mint and honey. Whisk everything with a blender. Add boiled water. Add salt to taste.
Serve with yogurt, dried mint, croutons or finely chopped baked apples with cinnamon.
