Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. Cut tomatoes into cubes. Pour into the pan. Fry for 2 minutes. Add small diced onions. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chop the garlic coarsely and add to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Add tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the water. Simmer for 4-5 minutes over low heat.
Add rice to the minced meat.
Finely chop the greens. Pour into a bowl. Add hops-suneli. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the pumpkin into 2-2. 5 cm circles.
Carefully cut with a knife in the middle of the roundels (usually I put them next to the sauce when baking). You will get pumpkin rings.
Fill each pumpkin ring with minced meat with a slide.
Put the tomato sauce in the baking dish. Since the rings are large, I use two shapes.
Spread the pumpkin with minced meat on top of the sauce. Cover with foil and place in a preheated 180° oven for 40 minutes.
To get, remove the foil and sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Put in the oven for another 10 minutes. Focus on your oven. Done.
