Instructions
Finely chop the tomato, bell pepper, onion and herbs. Mix with grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
Stir well. Divide the filling into two parts.
Each sheet of pita bread is literally smeared with minced meat.
Roll it up.
Roll the pita bread in a spiral, put it on the bottom of the slow cooker. Around it – the second roll of pita bread. If it breaks, it’s okay.
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and sour cream. Pour this mixture all over the cake.
Cook the pie in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
Then set the “heating” mode and cook for another 20 minutes.
