Rainbow Pita Bread Roll Recipe
I read that it is good to cook vegetable dishes for the upcoming New Year. And corn for next year’s hostess is a real treat! So I decided to make this vegetable roll from pita bread. And if you use vegetarian mayonnaise, then such a roll can be eaten by those who observe fasting.

Instructions
  1. Cut Bulgarian pepper into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Grate the carrots, add salt and lemon juice, olive oil if desired. You can flip it on a sieve to drain the liquid. I didn’t give up.
  3. Lavash is better to take quite dense. I cut my own in half and got 2 sheets measuring 34×27 cm. Grease the pita bread with mayonnaise. Stepping back from the edges, lay out strips of red cabbage, salad with sliced cucumbers, corn, carrots and pepper.
  4. Roll tightly into a roll, starting from the sides, sprinkle with pepper. Wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. We do the same with the second sheet of pita bread.
  5. Cut into pieces.
