I suggest you cook a delicious and hearty lunch for the whole family. Juicy and melting in the mouth ribs in an interesting sauce with potatoes on the side. Here, for sure, no one can remain indifferent, especially the strong half. Love this sauce, marinate chicken, meat and even potatoes before baking, but not only for marinating, but also for serving the dish on the table. I usually added grated apple to the sauce, but you can take ready-made applesauce. Hot pepper can be replaced with paprika, if you like it sweeter. After cooking, the sauce is perfectly stored in the refrigerator.

  1. Cut the ribs into portions. Choose the ribs to your liking, fatter or leaner.
  2. Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. Of course, you can add any spices to your taste, but it seems to me that the taste turns out so rich and saturated and does not require anything else.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Turn the apple and garlic into a puree or add to the finished (for example, baby food from a jar). Add sugar to taste, try it, we just love sweets, so I put more. There is no need to salt, because we have soy sauce.
  4. Add water and put on fire, stirring, cook for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Put the sauce to cool, add 2-3 spoons to the ribs and leave for an hour.
  6. Then we spread the ribs on a baking sheet, after peeling and slicing the potatoes, which we also smeared with sauce. Send it to bake in the oven at 200C for 45 minutes, then turn the ribs over and bake until golden brown. The potatoes will also be ready by this time.
  7. Put them on plates and enjoy a delicious dinner with your beloved family.
