  1. Making batter for pancakes. I’ll take sour milk, which can be replaced with kefir. Put the soda in the sour milk, connect it with a whisk and wait for the reaction. The soda in sour milk will be extinguished. Add the sugar, break the egg and mix the rice flour with a spoon. With a whisk, combine until a homogeneous smooth mass. The dough is not liquid. Add salt and oil. I use olive oil, which can be replaced with sunflower oil. This is so that you do not grease the pan every time you pour the dough on it when baking.
  2. Young cabbage is very finely cut. It will not be steamed with boiling water, it will cook well in pancakes while I fry them under the lid. Add the green onion for flavor. Use a spoon to distribute everything evenly over the dough. The dough is ready.
  3. Fry pancakes in a pan. If you like very fried pancakes in oil, you can pour the oil before baking and warm it up, then spread the dough in it. I’m not frying pancakes in butter. Heat the pan well and put the dough with a tablespoon. On a high heat under the lid, fry the pancakes on one side and when they are set well, turn down the heat to a minimum, turn them over and fry on the other side until ready, too, under the lid. So in our pancakes, young cabbage will come to readiness. Pan D-24 cm and I will place 4 pieces of pancakes on it. I got 12 pieces from the amount of this test and I fried them 3 times, each time repeating the entire process of cooking one batch.
  4. Removing the fritters from the pan, I put a small piece of butter on each one. I put it in an earthenware dish and cover it with a lid.
  5. Served pancakes, watering them with natural yogurt.
  6. Eat! Mentally!
