Instructions
Boil the rice until tender. Don’t get excited!
Onion, pumpkin and bell pepper cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until half-cooked.
Add the grated carrots and fry for another half minute.
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Add diced peeled tomatoes.
Add tomato paste,
Chop the garlic and finely chop the greens. Salt and pepper. To interfere. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat.
Add rice. Mix it.
