  1. Boil the rice until tender. Don’t get excited!
  2. Onion, pumpkin and bell pepper cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until half-cooked.
  3. Add the grated carrots and fry for another half minute.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add diced peeled tomatoes.
  6. Add tomato paste,
  7. Chop the garlic and finely chop the greens. Salt and pepper. To interfere. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat.
  8. Add rice. Mix it.
