  1. Finely chop the green onion and dill. Radish and cucumber cut into rings.
  2. Prepare the dressing: mix the oil with soy sauce and mustard, mix. Thinly slice the red onion into rings and add to the salad. Pour our dressing over the salad and mix.
  3. Fry the sausages in a dry frying pan and cut into rings, add to the salad and mix. Put the lettuce leaves and the salad itself on a plate.
