  1. Soak the beans for 4 hours, then boil in fresh water until tender, without bringing to a boil, it is better not to cook a little, so to speak – al dente. Flip it on a sieve and dry it well. Wash, peel and finely chop the vegetables. Onion cut lengthwise, celery, cucumber and bell pepper cut into small cubes. Chili pepper – thin strips, cut olives in half, chop garlic.
  2. Put the onion and chili pepper in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour lime juice and add soy sauce. Stir, slightly crushing the onion, and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining products to the onion. Drizzle the salad with oil and mix.
  4. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  5. Divide the base in half and add the ham cubes to one half. Mix it.
  6. Arrange both types of salad in portioned salad bowls.
  7. Sprinkle with chili chips and garnish with fresh cucumbers.
  8. Serve immediately.
