Beans soak for 4 hours, then cook in fresh water until tender, without boiling, it is better not to cook a little, so to speak-al-dente. Fold in a sieve and dry well. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Onions thin lengthwise onions, celery, cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes. Chili pepper-thin strips, the olives in half, chop the garlic.

Arrange both types of salad in portioned salad bowls.
Sprinkle with chili chips and garnish with fresh cucumbers.
