  1. Boil the beets and potatoes. Here are the proportions of the consequences of this – it is necessary that there be twice as many beets as potatoes.
  2. Grate beets and potatoes on a coarse grater, mix, add garlic. Prepare a dressing of mayonnaise, mustard and powdered sugar. Here my proportions are written rather approximate. Just focus on your taste. The main thing is that these three components are present. To taste, the dressing should be spicy, with mustard, mayonnaise and sweet.
  3. Add mayonnaise and mustard dressing to the salad, mix and only then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. That’s all she wrote. I usually serve this salad in disposable cups at beer parties when I arrange a buffet. On top, you can also put a pendant wrapped in a ring.
