Instructions
  1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into thin slices and fry in a dry frying pan until cooked – about 20 minutes.
  2. Wash one tomato, half a cucumber and green onion. Remove the seeds from tomatoes and cucumbers, peel the shallots. Cut everything into thin strips. Wash the celery greens, cut into noodles. Chilli pepper cut into pieces.
  3. Mix the pieces of meat, lime juice, sugar syrup and fish sauce in a bowl, mix thoroughly, add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, shallots, celery, chili pepper and chili sauce, mix again and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. I used this fish sauce. I found this in the store. What to replace, I do not know. To make sugar syrup, pour half a cup of water into a ladle, bring to a boil and dissolve a glass of sugar in boiling water. Cool. It’s done.
  5. Cut the remaining tomato and half of the cucumber into slices. Arrange the lettuce leaves on plates, put the lamb and vegetables on top, pour the sauce remaining in the bowl, garnish with slices of fresh vegetables.
