Salad “Rest by the sea” Recipe
Delicious, light salad with seafood, in the style of Mediterranean cuisine. It will decorate both the festive table and Sunday family dinner.

  2. Fry the garlic cut into large pieces in oil and two or three stalks of parsley until a delicious aroma appears. Then remove from the oil.
  3. Fry the sea cocktail and shrimp in fragrant oil for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the onion sliced into rings and continue to keep on fire for another couple of minutes.
  5. Slice the cucumber thinly across, then with straws, olives – rings, parsley – finely.
  6. Put the vegetable part on the dish, and on it a torn iceberg lettuce leaf (I have two servings – two leaves), olives.
  7. Put seafood fried with onions and the oil in which they were fried on vegetables, sprinkle with herbs.
