Instructions
Products.
Fry the garlic cut into large pieces in oil and two or three stalks of parsley until a delicious aroma appears. Then remove from the oil.
Fry the sea cocktail and shrimp in fragrant oil for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the onion sliced into rings and continue to keep on fire for another couple of minutes.
Slice the cucumber thinly across, then with straws, olives – rings, parsley – finely.
Put the vegetable part on the dish, and on it a torn iceberg lettuce leaf (I have two servings – two leaves), olives.
Put seafood fried with onions and the oil in which they were fried on vegetables, sprinkle with herbs.
