I love this chicken salad for its simplicity and at the same time divine taste. All the ingredients are perfectly combined with each other. Cooking takes a little time, and the result is beyond praise. On my festive or everyday table, the first salad “Tenderness” with chicken will be laid out.
Finely chop the onion and marinate it. In a bowl with onions, add salt, sugar, vinegar and pour boiling water over everything. The water should completely cover the onion. Leave to marinate on the table for 15 minutes.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Slice the chicken.
Put the first layer of chicken on a large plate, then brush with mayonnaise. I cut a corner from the mayonnaise bag and draw a grid.
Next, lay out the pickled onion.
The next layer is boiled potatoes. Grate on a coarse grater, spread over the entire surface.
Draw a mayonnaise grid on top.
Then grate the egg yolk on a fine grater and spread it well with a fork over the entire surface of the salad.
Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater on top of the yolk. I pre-send the cheese to the freezer for 20-30 minutes, then it is easier to rub it.
And the last layer is egg white. Grate it on a fine grater and spread it all over the salad with a fork.
Send the salad “tenderness” to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Bon appetit to everyone!
