  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. 1 Layer: Rinse the liver and boil in salted water. Grate on a coarse grater. Brush with mayonnaise.
  3. Layer 2: Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater. Brush with mayonnaise.
  4. Layer 3: Grate carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop onions. Fry the carrots and onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Cool slightly and put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with a layer of grated or pressed garlic. Pour mayonnaise on top again.
  5. Layer 4: Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise.
  6. Layer 5: Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese on top and make a side of chopped dill greens. You don’t need mayonnaise on top. Let the salad brew a little!
