  1. Cut the cabbage into thin slices, put it on a platter, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. On top – chopped bell pepper.
  3. Boiled chicken cut into small pieces, cheese – cubes. Put the chicken and cheese on the vegetables.
  4. For the dressing-sauce, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, broth and crushed garlic. You can try to replace mayonnaise with sour cream.
  5. Garnish the salad with olives, spread with hot crispy crackers.
