Boil the rice until tender in salted water, discard it on a sieve and let the liquid drain. Remove the saury from the jar and mash it in a salad bowl. In turn, cut the eggs and cucumbers into small cubes and put them in a salad bowl with rice. Finely chop the onion and add it to the salad bowl.
Open a jar of peas, drain the liquid, send the contents of the jar to the salad bowl, add a little mixture of peppers and mayonnaise. Mix everything well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then serve.
Put it on a serving dish and invite everyone to the table.
