Instructions
We prepare food. Vegetables and fruits are mine. Peel the garlic.
Cut the apple, cucumber and pepper into strips. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Boil the funchosa for 2-3 minutes. We throw it into a colander, rinse with cold water. You can cut it off or cut it with scissors.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar and crushed garlic.
In a work bowl for funchosa, mix the chopped vegetables, apple and fennel. Pour over the prepared sauce.
Mix everything well. You can add ground black pepper to taste. Let the salad brew for 2 hours.
To serve. We treat our relatives and friends.
