  1. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into thin circles.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  3. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, do not wash them. We cut off heavy dirt. If small mushrooms are left whole, if large and medium, then cut into plates, not very thin.
  4. Pour vegetable oil on a hot frying pan. Lay out the onion and fry on low-medium heat until transparent. Then add the carrots, fry everything together until the carrots are soft.
  5. Add the mushrooms to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes after boiling. We throw it into a colander, rinse with cold water and let the water drain.
  6. Cut the colored pepper into strips and send it to the salad bowl.
  7. We also add mushrooms, onions and carrots. Season with salt and pepper and add vinegar with finely chopped garlic. Try it, add salt and pepper if necessary. Let the salad brew for at least 1 hour.
