Salad with Salmon, Shrimp and Vegetables Recipe
I’m here with another salad, as you know, there are not so many salads. I cooked this salad during the New Year holidays, I liked the taste. A pleasant combination of spicy stewed vegetables with salted fish and shrimp.

  1. Ingredientss.
  2. I cut the peppers and carrots into strips, and the onions into half rings.
  3. Fry the vegetables in three tablespoons of olive oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add a quarter cup of hot water, white wine, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, rosemary to the vegetables and simmer under the lid on low heat until tender (until the carrots become soft). I cool and remove a sprig of rosemary.
  5. Lightly salted salmon is cut into strips, olives are cut into circles, shrimps are well watered with lemon juice.
  6. I drain the liquid from the vegetables (I leave a couple of tablespoons, pour the finished salad), pepper and mix.
  7. I fry the shrimp in the remaining olive oil and let the liquid evaporate from them.
  8. I put lettuce leaves on the dish with a wreath.
  9. Then put the vegetables in the middle.
  10. Pour the sauce formed when stewing vegetables (I had one tablespoon) over the vegetables, pieces of fish, shrimp and garnish with olives. If desired, you can add spice by seasoning with a small amount of balsamic vinegar.
