Let’s start by making salad dressing. In a jar, mix: crushed garlic, French mustard, white or red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and squeezed lemon juice. Close the lid and shake well.
Next, prepare the salad. Put the lettuce leaves on a platter. Place the sliced fillet of lightly salted salmon on top.
Cut the avocado and cucumber lengthwise.
